PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER POSITION (Near The North Star Mall)
Now seeking an experienced Property Manager with minimum 7 years experience in managing B ASSET in A area with strong management skills for a Multifamily Community. The community is in nice area of San Antonio (near Alamo Heights and The Quarry Market).
The following qualifications are required:
1. Must have good communication and customer service skills, in addition to being familiar with web based property management programs and strong computer skills.
2. Must be able to speak Spanish.
3. Need to be able to implement creative marketing strategies, be goal oriented and a team player that does what it takes to get the job done. Must have a “can do” attitude.
4. Must maintain daily and weekly reports, submit bills and budgets.
5. Be self sufficient, a self starter and have a great, positive mental attitude and be willing to “go the extra mile” to meet income and expense goals.
